Amy the Storyteller | Washington PA Photography

Amy is a fantastic storyteller.
A couple weeks  ago she asked if I would like to photograph her at a VBS event where she told stories, danced, and taught the basics of guitar to several groups of children. "Spain" was the theme, so Amy greeted the children in Spanish, danced a tango, and told stories from Spain. The day was beautiful, and the chidren seemed to have a great time.

All my love,
Rachel

  1. Very well done here, Rachel. Isn't this just the perfect type of shooting environment - no pressure, lots of time to experiment, freedom to move all around without feeling obtrusive. I had a similar situation while shooting the amazing seminar we had at church this week. Anyway, the opening silhouette is striking. The second shot of the two young listeners is also good. Terrific job at capturing the feeling of that room. I like the look of this lady as she relates to the kids. I can tell how warm and welcoming she is to them. :-)
