Let me forwarn you that this is a long post. But I've been waiting and looking forward to it, so to the friends who haven't seen pictures from my trip, this is for y'all. :D First, lets start with some introductions.
This is Kristen. The person behind the Funshop. The mentor. The hostess. The chaperone. The Fairy-Tale and singing-in-the-car lover. The Christian who took 3 of us interns and spent 4 days helping us grow. It would truly be an understatement to say I'm "thankful" for everything she taught me, because I am waaaaaaay beyond thankful. She spoke to us often about generosity and practiced what she preached throughout the trip. I am so grateful she chose me as one of the "funshoppers".
Ellie. O Ellie. :D She's a leeeetle bit on the optomistic side, ;) goofy, outgoing, and helped us all with our blogs. Practical, funny, crazy = Ellie. She's devoted to doing her math (haha) and you should definitely check out and follow her blog. :D

Anna is a tiny, sweet blonde who stands up proudly in her legit cowgirl boots. She's from a family of 13 kids and lives on a farm in Oklahoma, so she had plenty of amusing stories to share. :D We were tourists together, posing in front of the bell and standing up as "guests" in Kristen and Ellie's church together. :) I'd love for you to follow her blog too!

The location of the Funshop was Kristen's cheerful appartment, where there were plenty of yummy restaurants within walking distance, and cute words put up around the house.
The umbrella would not cooperate. :D
Signaling for our models to come out of the car.
....then drove over the Shenendoah River to Harper's Ferry.
Guys this is so major I can't even handle it! -- Anna
We went into a cute little store called "Ten Fold Fair Trade Collection" as we walked around. I loved it.
The friendly owner of the store. She was just the best.
We dressed up in Kristen's clothes to "mock" her (you'll see in the video) and had some great fun with that. :D
Finishing up the funshop at Starbucks! :):
I will be forever grateful Kristen; those were 4 of the most memorable days of my life. Thank you so, so much.
All my love,
Rachel
